Christmas fundraiser

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our Christmas charity collection - we raised £373 for the Cheddar Valley Food Bank and youth mental health project The Space.

Look out for the Axbridge Singers roaming the town this week!

Thursday 16th: Carol singing around town (7-8pm)

Saturday 18th: Sing with us for Santa in the Square (5.30-6.30)

Sunday 19th: Axbridge Farmers' Market from 11am, and joining forces with the Cheddar Valley Singers for a free concert in the church 12.15-1pm!

We are collecting for two fantastic local charities:

The Space - mental health project for children in the Cheddar Valley

We are back in the church!

Rehearsals are now taking place in the church in Axbridge Square, 7.20 - 8.50pm, on Thursdays in term time. New members welcome!

22.05.21 a significant date! Our first BIGGER SING outside! We had 9 Little Sings from 31.03.21 - 14.05.21 in gardens and orchards, but now WE'RE BACK - 29 singers in harmony again at last!

2021 Calendar and tote bags - 'With a Song In My Heart' - designed by the choir and on sale now!

During the lockdown we set an artwork challenge: for members to produce a square picture inspired by any of our songs from the last 15 years. This calendar and these bags are the result - and they could be the perfect local Christmas present!

Zoom rehearsals have now begun again.

While the choir is unable to meet, we are using the website 'Zoom' to hold weekly practices - see instructions in the Members' Area if you would like to find out more.
